Later on A V RATNAM & Co changed its constitution and converted into partnership firm from proprietor concern in the year 1997. In the year 2023, it again converted its constitution from partnership firm to Limited Liability partnership firm (LLP) and changed its name from A V RATNAM & Co to AVRSK AND ASSOCIATES LLP.
